Social Media Package added to Green light HSC

In October 2010 we completed the new Green Light Health & Safety Consultancy website: www.greenlighthsc.co.uk.  Randolph at Green Light HSC has been publishing regular updates using the Content Management System we provided.

In January 2011 Randolph contacted us to discuss creating a Social Media presence for the website and how it would benefit his business.  The aim was to create a platform which would keep existing customers up to date with latest news and to attract new customers.

We have now implemented our Bespoke Social Media Package on www.greenlighthsc.co.uk.  We have provided a simple update process so that Randolph can ensure everyone is kept up to date regardless of which Social Media method they prefer to use to interact with the company.

The Social Media Package we implemented included the following:

1) Facebook Page Setup

We have created a Facebook page for Green Light HSC which has been branded to tie in with Green Light HSC website design. It integrates the Green Light HSC website RSS feed as well as twitter updates (see point 2).

2) Twitter Account Setup & Integration

Location: http://twitter.com/#!/greenlighthsc

The new Twitter account for Green Light HSC has been set up as the central element to the Social Media presence.  All twitter updates by Green Light HSC are automatically sent to the Facebook Page, Linked In Profile (see point 3) and  Green Light HSC website.

3) Linked In Profile Updates

Randolph now has a profile on LinkedIn for Green Light HSC, this profile receives updates from Twitter and the Green Light HSC website RSS feed.

4) Share buttons

Location: Footer of http://www.greenlighthsc.co.uk/

We have integrated "Share Buttons" in the footer of the Green Light HSC website so that people can share the content of the website with friends/colleagues easily.

5) FreeIndex Reviews

Randolph has built up his profile on freeindex.co.uk and has good customer reviews, so we thought it was important to highlight these on the Green Light HSC website. To accomplish this, we included a feed from FreeIndex to both the Green Light Homepage and the Testimonials Page to display the most recent reviews.
